Hi again, when one lacks vitamins it can take a while to get the level back to normal. Two years ago my GP found a lack in one of the B-vitamins. It took more than three months to get it up to a normal level and then to get off the vitamin pill. It is always a good idea to eat healthy, but sometimes the best is to let the GP measure the vitamins in the body and make a prescription to put on a quicker rise if that is necessary.
