Depending on what state you are in-they will probably take it out of your checks until it’s paid up. If they looked at the cameras and saw it was a genuine mistake the. Maybe they will show you some leniency. It really depends on your track record there. A star employee with no issues would probably just have to pay it back and everyone will go on with their life..but I’ve read in some other threads of yours that you’ve run into other issues on the job. I’m hoping you just have to pay it back and that’s it, but I don’t know that exactly.
