Like divine said, unless you use the diagnosis to get on disability, its not really used for anything.

There are books around on how to build a life after depression. Maybe something like that would be helpful. But they usually involve regular habits and discipline and that no longer appeals to me. I feel like i had it forced on me for too long. Its hard for me to even find anything i like. Maybe you can start with something you like to do. When you get bored, try something else.
