I tried a new sleeping aid called unisom it has doxylamine succinate in it as the main ingredient.
I drank too much and it did not work which is not giving it a good try. Hubby suggested that I not drink and see if it worked.
at 2 am I got out of bed having not slept and took the visteril and immediate release 3mg melatonin and got to sleep rather quickly. and slept until the alarm went off at 7:30. Got out of bed at 8;30 and had a cup of coffee.
Need to hop into the shower and take a quick one before getting my hair colored, roots touched up have to leave in about half an hour.
yikes need to get going!
