My stomach has been really upset all day and I've had to keep running to the bathroom. I am worried I have irritable bowel syndrome or something because this has been happening more and more frequently. I have a PCP appointment on Wednesday so I'm going to bring it up but I haven't figured out how yet. Maybe just start by telling her my stomach is upset a lot.
