That's a toughy. I don't think your therapist will give you a hard time when you go back. She will probably apologize for pushing you over the edge. My mother died when I was 3 and I had a therapist that was trying to push (either talk about it or he'd quit seeing me) and another therapist older/wiser called him at home and yelled at him.
I would go see if it can be salvaged but you didn't do anything wrong; it's your therapy and she shouldn't be pushing that hard.
