I so upset. I had to look for a job and I found a new job. Instead of everyone being encouraging and saying how I can do it everyone talks about how i'm gonna fail and can't wait to see me fall on my face. Its scary starting a new or at least for me. For 4 years I've had the same job and so for me starting a new job is scary. I mean I don't think I'm asking for a lot. Just a little encouragement. I'm already scared and they aren't helping matters. I just want to scream.
