sleep is definitely so vital. I just took some klonopin now because I am struggling a bit with daytime anxiety at the moment. I take .5 currently twice a day. benzos do really get a bad rap when they actually help so many people who don't abuse it. my PDoc was very reluctant to give me any but when I told him I almost called 911 because of my panic, he decided to put me on the klonopin.
