I weighed myself at 3 this afternoon with my underwear on and I could not believe I was 150. That must mean I’m really about 148 since I weigh about 3 pounds more in the afternoon. People **** on me and stuff about my weight loss but it’s not my fault. it’s called a fast metabolism. I sit on the couch most of the day and can still lose weight. I’m not doing anything wrong despite what people think.
