I'm still waiting for the counter measuring people to arrive. They should arrive soon. They called my hubby and said they'd be here before 11 am.

I am having such a hankering for breakfast food. Every single morning I have to get up before 7 am and prepare breakfast for my husband and myself, but I don't often make certain things (waffles, egg dishes) because I am so hungry that I put the quickest possible things on the table. Even on the weekend. I do like to make breakfast cakes in advance, but a good pork roll egg and cheese on a roll would be a nice treat. Maybe I'll go to the diner for lunch. They make breakfast all day long. I have a diner only a couple minutes away, but I refuse to give them my business, for various reasons. I have to drive a good 20 mins further down the road.
