mood is good today. slept well. took a KPin later in the evening and I'm still feeling the effects this morning I think. feel clear, lucid and focused. no anxiety or panic to speak of. I'm actually going to have some coffee which I have been avoiding lately because of my anxiety. looking to relax and enjoy some me time today. just haven't decided what to do lol. hope everyone is doing well!
