Some of my plans for tomorrow:

- Up 08:00
- Eat healthy breakfast
- Walk 20 to 30 minutes
- Shop bread, banana, meds for dia + a new for the eyes
- Lunch
- Rest a bit
- Unpack what is still not unpacked
- Mindfulness training
- Remember to make dinner
- Rest
