I give mine an 8. My last was a definite 10. I'm so sad she retired. I miss her a lot. But I have found in the grand scheme of things, the standard for pdocs here is lower than low. My 8 is probably a 10 or higher compared to most pdocs I could have landed. I'd vote him a 10, but since I actually did have the experience of a 10 pdoc, he gets an 8.
