Is it an old timers term? I said that phrase to my friend the other day and she looked at me confused.
Me: Yes. I’m paying the bill for breakfast with cash money
Her: So cash then?
Me: Yep. Cash money.

By the time we got done it sounded like a Seinfeld episode.
