I’m going to guess your on some type of medication. When was it last looked at ? It’s extremely common for psych meds to just stop helping over time and changes need to be made.
Are you seeing a Therapist?? I feel Therapy is just as important as medications when dealing with mental health illness, often times we just can’t look at situations from a different angle.
Therapist can help guide you to understand the core of some of your struggles and can help you work towards helping resolve some and finding a bit of hope no matter how small it is at first.
