Thanks WC and Jedi. This thread helps keep me accountable and motivated. Good job to both of you too. You're doing great. Small changes here and there add up in big ways.

Jedi, I love to swim. It is such great exercise and low impact on your joints. Plus, I think there's just something wonderfully restorative about floating in the water. I've also been running through the water lately. It burns, but its a good workout.

WC, do you have access to a pool? That'd be a great way to get off your feet. And I do like my new video. Its the format that I love about it. There are 3 circuits in each video with 3 min of strength, 2 min of cardio and 1 min of abs in each. It moves quickly and I don't have to do any one exercise for long. It is also short enough that I can keep my kids busy with something while I do it. Bonus!
