Here is what is interesting. My search of PubMed,' and a couple studies listed elsewhere, reveals clinical trials have been coming out on use of CBD for anxiety, sleep, including remaining in sleep, pain, epilepsy, inflammation, psychosis, and other uses, like for Autism and Schizophrenia. There is even *some* evidence that there is improvement in cognitive impairment due to mental illness. One study even looked at CBD in managing the addictive use of the THC found in marijuana. I am sure there is more to come.. There is even a couple involving seizure in dogs. So even though the evidence is not conclusive,' the studies to date showed definite positive effects in the above areas.

I do think the studies of the medical use of CBD is very promising, but more studies are warranted.. Studies are happening now as I write this. I want to note here that CBD does not cause the user to become "high", and it is not addictive, according to one study. But CBD is expensive, up to $2 a capsule, and one ounce of vape juice costs about $70. WOW!

Note that *some* of the studies mentioned above did not always involve human subjects..

FWIW

BTW there is a dearth of evidence for improving depression itself. However, there are many current studies being done regarding this MI.
