I'll chime in with the others: LMo, Nerak, _Sky, and Adieu about life being too short for useless docs!

I know it isn't easy and Adieu nailed it with how depressed folk often stay with a useless doc far too long because we're unable to make the move to do anything to improve our situations.

This forum is filled with ppl who could tell you stories of years with bad docs. You're worth finding good help. I know that £ is an issue but you're worth the £!! Arguing your health and well being again monetary issues is moot! You're worth it and the cost of NOT seeking better doctors ends up more than the seemingly high cost of switching now.

You and all other ppl on this forum who are enduring less than adequate medical/mental health care DESERVE better care....and are WORTH it to get that care!
