I was looking through old emails from a friend, looking for a link she’d sent me, and ran across this, which I’d written to her. I really needed to read this today. Sharing, in case there’s someone here on the Couch who needs to hear it too: You should not have to live a life in which the price of peace is erasing yourself.
A good reminder for me today to keep my feet on the path.
