Today I realised I am making my life that much more difficult by actively avoiding thing s that remind me of exT. especially driving past his rooms, to not drive past adds another 25 minutes to my journey. This is so ridiculous it's 18 weeks that's 4.5 months I can't believe it's been only 4.5 months it feels like a year at least. He has probably forgotten me except when I phone and text but I am trying hard not to do that, it's hard to stop a 9 year old habit.
