Oh, insomnia.

I thought for sure I'd sleep well tonight after my session today but nope. Fell asleep by 9p woke up midnight-ish to find son came while I was asleep and moved everything out didn't even leave a note. Expected them not to be here tonite but also wish they'd left a note. H is playing poker his note said be back about midnite but it's after 2 am now and no sign of him. I have wandered my backyard, played on Facebook, written up my session.... can't sleep. Maybe I'll try a hot bath. Sigh. I need to get a full night sleep soon or I may just fall right apart again.
