I've been eating too much in general but my intention for this new moon is self-care, which includes eating right again. My hot bath helped, and h got home while I was in there, we laid in bed talking til after 3am finally got a little more sleep then the 5:15am alarm rudely woke me and here I sit now logging onto work...
