I take a low dose of a daily antipsychotic, Rexulti, but when my sleep gets disrupted I add a small dose of Olanzapine at night. Since I don't take it regularly a small dose acts like a sleeping pill and solves my sleep problems. If I have a bad night's sleep the next night I take 2.5 mg Olanzapine and this will get me more than 7 hours. I stay on that for a day or two more and then try to go down to 1.25 mg...

Olanzapine is a good medication for me but unfortunately it makes me prediabetic if I take it all the time.
