Lithium is the gold standard for us. Always a concern is APs but in my book they are safer than AD's. From what you've written she seems like a good professional pdoc, is it possible to put it in her hands and trust her? I know you like to be in control but that hasn't been working for you lately. Maybe ley your pdoc be the higher power?
