I didn’t weigh myself today. I was wondering why I felt so weak by 8:30AM and then I realized I hadn’t eaten since 3 yesterday afternoon. I did bring a Starbucks protein box for a snack. Then I didn’t eat anything until 2 this afternoon. I had outback. Steak and fries. Dinner is going to be a piece of a chicken. Everything adds up to 1,205 calories. I just eat differently and I forget to eat sometimes and I don’t always realize that I’m feeling hunger but I still don’t think it’s an issue.
