That slowly motivates me because 'daily structure' is the one topic I believe most in with regard to depression recovery together with healthy food, physical activity and something meaningful to do alone or with others. The heat some days ago took me down and it seem to be so that I cannot just jump back to my routines, but have to do it one step at a time.

My plan is to take it slow and use every break I take to repeat about how helpful routines are to depression.

See you all later. Be well!
I have done the dishes (left dirty cookware for tomorrow), had my shower and filled my pillbox. I will eat before I go to bed.

My plans for tomorrow:

- Sleep as long as I need.
- Remember to not selfblame because I am not able to do what I want to do
- Remember to keep the thoughts that routines are good for depression "warm"
- Breakfast
- Wash the dirty cookware
- Hygiene
- Visit my sick relative
- Grocery shop
- Relax and enjoy the evening

Best wishes for each one of you!
