I know that Seroquel can cause sedation. Has your doc considered manipulating that dose? I only ask because mine does. Here's the usual for me in terms of my Seroquel XR dose:
Up - When manic
Up - When agitated and/or anxious without other manic symptoms, but sometimes even depressed with agitation/anxiety
Down - When depressed with low energy, low motivation, and/or little or no agitation/anxiety
Down - When seemingly stable, but with excess sedation
Usually my psychiatrist only modifies my dose up or down by 50 mg and that makes a difference. He only increases by more (100 to 150 mg) if I am very manic.

I get anxiety a lot and sometimes sleep a lot. Maybe that's depression.
