Pdoc decreased my bedtime Seroquel. She thinks Seroquel is the culprit in making me too tired in the AM. I tend to agree.
I did not sleep well last night (decreased Seroquel). I hope this straightens out.
Lamictal increased by 50mg. May not seem like much; however, it feels like a lot to me.
I am feeling tired, light-headed.. and more.
I need to do a lot of paperwork.. I am under a disability review. I have not seen this much p.work from SSDI in many, many years. I am puzzled.
I am trying to put a stretching and exercise program together. Something I can do with the p. fasciitis. Ortho now has me using a night splint/brace, a day brace, and orthotics... and they have advised new shoes. My PT/Chiropracter friend has recommended certain "gadgets" to help in targeting and stretching the correct muscles, tendons, etc.
I did get the new shoes. I was very lucky this time. Shoe shopping usually takes me days. I had quickly found two pair which fit the bill, according to Ortho. (Was a BOGO sale.)
I hope to have an exercise/rehab routine in place by Monday AM.
I have been keeping overall calories down; yet, have eaten some "junk" in place of healthy food.

I have been in far to much pain to attend these appointments and try to get meals lately. I've had a friend. pick up some frozen "Healthy Choice" meals for days like yesterday. Not my favorite food; yet ,healthier than some options. I LOVE to cook; just in too much pain lately.
Does anyone eat other "healthy" frozen meals when not up to cooking?
Am open to suggestions. (I do cook in batches and do freeze some meals, at times.)
Love and Great Health to All!
