a bit sluggish today. went to bed late. woke up later than usual. think I slept ok but don't know what to do with myself. slight knee pain. put my brace on. having coffee and some head and neck pain today for which I took an advil. all in all just feeling blah. may go back upstairs to rest. took a klonopin just for the hell of it,
