I know lots of people(in real life) who have been in Emotions Anonymous. I hope you find the support you are seeking there. Most of the people I have met that go to EA, I met at DBSA meetings(just a support group not 12 step) which I don't go to anymore. If I remember correctly, most found it very helpful. NOTE: Never personally been to EA but I am in AA so I am still working the steps and they have helped tremedously even if NOT specifically for that reason.
