What is important now is for you to sit down and try as hard as you can to document every single abusive issue and unfaithful behavior. You will want to try and have dates. Not even exact dates but a basic timeline. Your lawyer will want it and so will the judge. Especially document what happened when you were arrested. It is a myth that men do not experience domestic abuse. They do. And because women are usually the victims its hard to get help.
