When you are experiencing strong emotions, what have you found that helps?
I've started a new habit- I play disc golf at least once a day.
I also monitor my emotions and thoughts, and when I find I'm starting to ruminate, or am dealing with intrusive thoughts, I deliberately turn my mind elsewhere.
