Well expressed!
I "think" I am going to have to lie in order to complete the process of securing the Soc. Sec. online Acct. It seems to defeat the purpose!
On a lot of these computer issues, one might first be able to sign-in with old info. and then change the info once into the account.
Anyhow, what a royal pain!!!
