I actually force them....I have this lavender oil that I keep in the shower...

I mix it with a little liquid soap and wash my face with it....and breath deep...

There was a time once long ago that I was walking in this field filled with lavender with a special person...

In the shower,,when I choose to,,,I can bring those two hearts together in that field, in that moment...and smile...
