Have you tried any OTC meds for it? They help me, though I tend to have the opposite problem when traveling. I take an OTC for that, too. Usually 2 to 3 days on the OTC help. If not, a doctor may need to be consulted.

Q: What are your favorite things about your favorite season of the year, where you live?
My favorite season is fall. We usually kick off the season with an end of summer/beginning of fall beach vacation. I like the change to cooler weather and how crisp the air feels. The trees are amazing when they change. Football season begins. I enjoy how much my kids love Halloween.

I got sick last year in early November and got out of the hospital a week before Thanksgiving. It is usually my favorite holiday and my birthday falls sometime in the same week, but last year was hard. My mother in law was upset with me for the things I did during psychosis and disinvited me to Thanksgiving. We did a brunch and then my husband took my kids to his Mom's while I hung out with my dad. It was sad for everyone and I felt so rejected. I'm so thankful for.my Dad who was an absolute angel through everything. I was literally insane while in psychosis. I didn't consciously choose any of my actions. I was blacked out for most of it and yet I still had to be accountable. Most of my family understood. I wish my mother in law could have talked to me instead of being afraid of me. It still hurts, but I can forgive. I pray this year will be better. Thanksgiving is supposed to be the day when I cook a ton and eat and laugh with all of my family. It is also the day I put up my formal Christmas tree which I love to do.

Q. What is your favorite holiday?
