My NP called and they are going to taper off Abilify and keep Geodon and Vraylar. I’m to take 15 mg for a week then quit. I feel positive about this change. I’d already decided to up my cardio and nutrition to offset potential downturns.

Some great news! I was convinced I had a cavity that needed a filling and possibly even a root canal. Went to the dentist this morning. There is nothing there! Yay! He lectured me again about my grinding of my teeth and I committed to a custom nightguard in September.

It’s a beautiful day to float and I’m in a good mood.
