people don't have spy scopes into other folks heads. they can't be aware at all times of what irks others. sure some stuff is obvious but others are not. regardless, if something another person does bothers you and you don't say anything about it, well any suffering that occurs you own.
they may have no idea they are even doing something annoying..and at that point the ball goes to their court.

I can see where you're coming from, yes in some cases people may not realize what they are doing. But in other cases, like purposely ditching at the last minute without saying anything, or treating others rudely especially in a group setting or anything else that is just generally seen as rude, then they know exactly what they are doing. There is no excuse and really they shouldn't have to be told to stop since they already know and yet they refuse to stop their disrespectful behavior.
