some knee pain tonight because of some pruning I did today. still glad I did it though, the foliage was blocking my backyard gate and my lawn guys couldn't pass thru lol. bit of a neck ache but I rubbed some balm on it. not so bad now. can't complain. feeling ok. hope everyone is well! hoping to get another good night's sleep. wish me luck!
