If I’m depressed, I like to drink a warm beverage like hot cocoa. I find it soothing.
If I’m angry, I like to go outside for a walk to "cool off," and then I buy myself something small to keep me preoccupied, be it a book or lollipop. Whatever. Just something cheap.
When I’m stressed, I also go out and buy something small to keep me preoccupied.
