Yes, I've always had vivid, and very detailed, and dreams, and plenty of nightmares. Seroquel has just turned up the dial on the sort of dreams I was already having. I think there's even more detail, and I think I have more pleasant elements to the dreams now...? There's still the nightmares, but interspersed there's pleasant moments. The nightmares seem to be less traumatising the next day - so that's good.
