I had this weird anxiety when I left work where I felt like I was missing something. Like I forgot something. This type of anxiety happened once before and it turned into completely different anxiety and I ended up having a huge panic attack half an hour later. This time I also got a lot of anxiety a couple hours later and I just now took a Xanax because I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. I don’t get what thinking I forgot something has to do with anxiety though. I knew I didn’t lose or forget anything.
