I may have eaten too few calories yesterday at less then 1100. I had Taco Bell instead of KFC and the Taco Bell was gross and I couldn’t finish it and I didn’t feel like eating something else to make up the 160 calories. So I probably didn’t lose today. Today my calories equaled to around 1,270 but that’s off too because I didn’t finish all of my steak from Outback. So maybe closer to 1200. I’m trying to figure out when to weigh myself. I really want to be below 150.
