(I recall replying to your introductory post.) I'm not a mental health professional. But, to my mind, this sounds like a pretty classic case of depression. So assuming that is the case, it seems to me, the first priority may need to be to address your depression either via some variety of mental health therapy or antidepressants or both. It may be that until you address your underlying depression it may be unlikely you'll be able to find your passion or purpose in life.
