Yes my kidney doctors have got me checking my BP twice a day minimum for the next two weeks. I think they値l then average out the reading and I suspect put me on an antihypertensive.
I think I値l just stick to low level pottering.
I致e rechecked my BP and my lower number is sitting below 100.
