Baby steps. No alcohol at the house. Walk everyday. Start with 15 minutes daily then increase. No need to pay for the gym if you are not using it. I do yoga at home but have not been motivated to do the yoga everyday.

I understand. I have struggled with occassional binge drinking/eating and snacking on junk food during much of my life. It helps if I focus on what I need to do (verses don't do)--as in taking time to prepare and buy healthy food (eat a healthy breakfast, otherwise hunger will eventually make you reach for the wrong things).
