Bump because all of a sudden, I've been anxious in a way that is closer to how I'd get anxious circa 2016-2018. Usually, I just have to ride out my anxiety, but I'm so anxious that I suddenly have to rely on the tips in the link I posted, which I haven't needed for so long.
