Anybody ever try the warrior diet? I’m currently reading the book and I’m intrigued by it. I currently weigh over 300 pounds at 6 foot even. So the need to loose weight is of the utmost priority.
From what I gather it’s eating one big meal a day; usually at night. Then just snacking on healthy foods during the day. Which might actually be beneficial too me because my problem with weight gain is I love to snack on junk food.
Also now that I find myself financially stable I can start buying healthier snack foods like nuts, veggies, jerky, etc... My problem though is going to be avoiding the unhealthy snacks and portion control on the healthy snacks.
So just curious if anyone has tried the Warrior Diet.m???
