Please dont do this. Many of us women have been dieting on and off for most of our adult lives. That is unhealthy too-yo yo dieting isn’t good for your body and may even mess up your metabolism so that its harder to re-loseweight.
There are many reasons why this method is faddish and unwise. It is hard on your body to try to digest one huge meal . If you eat it at night you will be inactive when you sleep with no chance to work any of it off just by doing things. Your blood sugar will be out of whack. At your weight ,you are risking a lot of damage to your health from the get go. The first to hit would be diabetes followed by heart disease, then vascular and kidney problems. So glad you seem really motivated to change.
Sorry, the thing that is going to work best is the gradual approach of eating right and consistent exercising. If you do WeightWatchers online or in person, you will get consistent and regular encouragement from others and learn a healthy way to lose wt.
Another trick is to stay active—no sitting around the house. We’re with you! Hugs!
