Molotov720- I think you may need to work out whatever it is that is causing you to hear your own voice unspoken. If you are referring to your thoughts, but they differ from how you actually feel, please consider that you may be brainwashing yourself with too much social media. Why can't we all find time to sit alone with our thoughts? I know that it can sometimes be difficult to find alone time, and to fill in those gaps we may distract ourselves with music, tweets, twitter, instagram, or television and movies. If we do too much of the same, like listen to our favorite song over and over, those thoughts or lyrics get stuck in our head. I think it is healthy that you can distinguish an annoying tune from your own thoughts. But please be sure you are finding time to sleep in when you need to and don't carry shame or guilt that others may try to burden you with. I have found when I was out of town, and was unable to get enough sleep, that I felt like I was carrying the thoughts of ghosts with me. AND I felt that others could hear those ghost too. It was a very scary experience for me.
