I’m back at 149. I haven’t been feeling the greatest. I also may? Be getting into unhealthy habits but that I think is because I haven’t been feeling good physically. I had an iced coffee at 260 calories and a fortune cookie at 30 calories and that’s all I’ve had since 4:30 yesterday afternoon. I was going to have Burger King for dinner so my calories will equal to 1,210. It’s just food has been kinda grossing me out. My therapist had pasta for lunch and my session yesterday was tough because I was trying not to barf the whole time. It’s just stuff like that that is starting to happen.
